TicketFlow is operated by K2026534128 (South Africa), a company registered in South Africa (CIPC registration number: K2026534128), trading as "TicketFlow". Our registered address is TODO; insert registered business address. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TicketFlow website and services (the "Platform").
By creating an account, browsing events, buying a ticket, or listing a ticket for resale on TicketFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
TicketFlow is a ticketing marketplace: event organizers list tickets for sale, and buyers can purchase those tickets or resell tickets they already hold to other users. TicketFlow provides the platform, payment processing integration, and check-in tooling that makes this possible; we are not the organizer of any event listed on the Platform unless explicitly stated otherwise.
When you buy a ticket, you are entering into a contract for that ticket. Each ticket is delivered as a unique QR code and is valid for a single entry; once scanned at the door or once resold, the original ticket is invalidated. In addition to the ticket price, a service fee of 5% of the ticket price applies, capped at R25 per ticket. This fee is shown in full before you complete checkout.
Users may resell tickets they hold through the TicketFlow marketplace. When a resale ticket is purchased, the original ticket is automatically invalidated and the buyer receives a new, unique QR code; this prevents the same ticket being used for entry by two different people. Sellers do not need to hand off a physical ticket or QR image directly to a buyer; the transfer happens on the Platform.
All payments on TicketFlow are processed by third-party payment providers (currently Paystack and PayFast). TicketFlow does not store your full card details. By paying for a ticket, you also agree to the applicable payment provider's own terms.
Refund eligibility, the refund amount, and the request process are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings and for delivering the event as described. New event listings are reviewed by our team before going live on the marketplace, but this review does not make TicketFlow the organizer of, or a guarantor of, any event.
We may suspend accounts, cancel tickets, or withhold payouts where we reasonably believe this kind of conduct has occurred.
TicketFlow provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for losses arising from an event being cancelled, rescheduled, or changed by its organizer, except as set out in our Refund Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
