Browsing and creating an account is always free. A service fee is added on top of the ticket price at checkout, and shown in full before you pay.

The service fee is capped, so it never grows out of proportion on higher-priced tickets.
Listing an event costs nothing upfront. TicketFlow takes a single commission from each ticket sold; there are no separate listing, scanning, or dashboard fees.

Example: if you sell a R500 ticket, you receive R482.50 (R500 minus the 3.5% commission). The buyer separately pays a service fee on top of the R500; that fee never comes out of your share.
Reselling a ticket you already hold follows the same buyer-side service fee shown above for the person buying it from you; there's no extra fee to list a ticket for resale.
