Refund Policy

Last updated: 10 July 2026

Requesting a refund

You can request a refund on any active ticket you hold, as long as it hasn't already been checked in at the event and the request is made at least 30 minutes before the event's scheduled start time. To request one, go to My Tickets, open the ticket, and select Request Refund.

Requesting a refund immediately voids the ticket, so it can no longer be used for entry or resold; this happens as soon as you submit the request, before our team has reviewed it.

How much you get back

Approved refunds return 70% of the price you paid for the ticket. The remaining 30% is retained to cover the service fee and payment processing costs already incurred on the transaction, and is non-refundable.

What happens after you request one

  1. Your ticket is voided immediately so it can't be scanned at the door while the request is pending.
  2. Our team reviews the request and either approves or rejects it.
  3. If approved, the refund amount is paid out to you via our payment provider.
  4. If rejected, your ticket is reactivated and remains valid for entry.

Resale (marketplace) tickets

Tickets bought through the resale marketplace are covered by the same policy above; active, not checked in, and requested at least 30 minutes before the event starts.

Event cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer

If an event you hold a ticket for is cancelled or rescheduled, this isn't handled through the standard refund flow above; contact us via our Contact page and our team will review your options on a case-by-case basis with the organizer.

Questions

If you're unsure whether your ticket is eligible, reach out via our Contact page before the event starts; refund requests can't be processed after a ticket has been used for entry.
