No Surprises

Simple, transparent fees

3.5%
platform commission, deducted from the ticket price — this is our only cut.
5%
service fee, capped at R25 — paid by the buyer on top of the ticket price, not by you.
EFT
payouts, handled directly with you — full breakdown visible in your dashboard at all times.
What this means in practice: if you sell a R500 ticket, you receive R482.50 (R500 minus the 3.5% commission). The buyer separately pays a R25 service fee on top — that never comes out of your share. On pricier tickets the buyer's fee never climbs past R25, no matter how expensive the ticket is.
